Return and Refund Policy

Return

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return the product(s) to us in their original condition. All tags must be attached to the products to return them to us. We cannot refund products that have been worn and/or stained.

Do not send the package without first contacting us by email at contact@kaseycases.com , as we may be unable to process the refund. In your email, please provide the following information:

– Reason for return

– Product photos

– Order number

Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You can choose how you want to return the product to us, but we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

If you can, use our packaging to return the product(s) to us, as it is reusable.

If you are returning the package from a country outside the European Union, it is very important to affix the invoice sent by email visibly to the package to avoid it being held at customs.

Please send us the tracking number, if available, once you have shipped the product.

Refund

Once the package is received, if it is in the same condition as requested, you will receive your refund within 14 working days, we will inform you by email.

However, if we do not receive the package and we do not have a tracking number, we unfortunately will not be able to refund your order. To avoid this problem, we strongly recommend that you choose a shipping method with tracking.

Your refund request may also be denied if we find that the product(s) is (are) not in the same original condition (i.e. without tags, stained, used, etc.

Please be advised that if the package was returned to us because you did not want to pay the duties, taxes or additional fees of the country you are in, we will deduct the shipping costs from the total amount of your refund.

Exchange

To avoid any model errors, please make sure to check the phone model.

If you really want to exchange a product, you will first have to return the one you received, after checking that it is in good condition, we will proceed with the exchange. The shipping costs are at your expense.
